Ryan Massad

Ryan Massad serves as a Commercial Risk Advisor at Swingle Collins & Associates. He partners with privately held and growth-minded companies to design proactive insurance and risk management programs that protect what they have built and position them to scale with confidence. His approach is relational, focused on clear communication, genuine service, and long-term partnership.

Before joining Swingle Collins, Ryan spent five years as a professional basketball scout, consulting college coaches across the country. Earlier in his career, he coached high school basketball and taught in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. These experiences shaped his belief in preparation, teamwork, and strong relationships.

A Dallas native, Ryan earned his degree in Business from Baylor University. He serves at his local church and sits on the board of KlutchShots AI, a youth sports technology company. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys golfing, watching sports, and spending time with his wife, Anne, and their three children, Jake, Ella Kate, and Margot.
