Producer

 

Swingle Collins & Associates is looking for success-minded insurance producers to join our agency.

Producer applicants should have several years of sales experience and a proven history of success. A self-starter with the ability to create and form lasting relationships with customers is a key attribute of our producers. Additional traits include a hunger for knowledge and education, self-discipline, and exceptional organizational skills. Insurance industry experience is a big plus.

Our producers are college educated (mostly from the old Southwest conference) including attorneys and several MBA’s. Our producers have come from the financial industry, business to business sales, home building, entrepreneurs, and insurance carriers. Employees are involved with the Salesmanship Club, church deacons, and Leadership Dallas.

Account Manager

 

Swingle Collins & Associates is seeking high-achieving, detail oriented Account Managers to join our Agency in the Commercial line of business. If you can act with agility and flexibility as we grow our independent organization, value the importance of customer service, being a member of a team, and developing your knowledge, we are interested in learning more about your background!

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years as an Account Manager, along with understanding of Commercial Property & Casualty insurance coverages, underwriting and rating concepts.  (Real estate/property coverage experience a plus)

  • Hands on experience – Applied Epic agency management system or similar insurance management system

  • Proficiency in MS Office

  • High School Graduate (College degree – preferred or related work related experience)

  • Must hold state Property & Casualty insurance license or willing to obtain one within an agreed upon timeframe.

You will be working with the following Activities in our Insurance Agency Management System:

  • Client Relationships

  • Policy & Coverage Questions

  • Process Cancellation & Reinstatement (once policy is cancelled)

  • Claims

  • Adding Clients

  • New Business Workflow

  • Renewal List Management

  • Renewal Workflow Marketed

  • Accounts Receivable Management

*This position also has Mastery of the Services and Assistant Account Manager activity skills as well

Assistant Account Manager

If you are an individual that understands the importance of customer service, team, and knowledge; as well as value the ability of acting with agility and flexibility as we grow our independent organization, we are interested in learning more about your background!

  • Importing & Exporting Lists

  • Billing Issues

  • Loss Run Request

In addition, Sr. Assistant Account Managers will also work with additional Activities in our Insurance Agency Management System:

  • Adding or Endorsing to Add Policy Line

  • Changing Effective & Expiration Dates and Service Summary Row

  • Set up Certificates – New and Renewal

  • Renewal Workflow Not Marketed

  • Flood – Renewals

  • Bonds – Renewals

  • Finance Agreements

  • Cancellation – LPR

  • Setup Renewal Activities for Account Managers

  • Request Renewal Applications from Carrier & Clients

Customer Service Representative/ Support Specialist

 

Swingle Collins & Associates is seeking a detail oriented Customer Services Representative/Support Specialist to join our Agency in the Commercial line of business.

If you are an individual that understands the importance of customer service, team, and knowledge; as well as value the art of attention to detail we are interested in learning more about your background!

Required experience:

  • Customer Services in Insurance: 1 year

  • Proficiency in MS Office: 1 year (preferred)

  • Insurance Agency Management systems (preferably EPIC): 1 year

  • High School Graduate

You will be working with the following Activities in our Insurance Agency Management System:

  • EPIC Navigation – (Home Screen, Client Screen, Sticky Notes, etc.)

  • Creating Activities – Activity Codes, Labeling & Activity Follow Ups

  • Attaching documents & emails in EPIC – including folders

  • Pending Intent to Cancel/Reinstatements – Non-Payments

  • Unrouted Attachments (Cancellations & Reinstatements)

  • Navigating websites to process to verify cancellations/reinstatements

  • CSR24 Navigation

  • Renewal Certificates

  • Cancelled Certificates

  • Issuing Liability certificates – Including Verifying Forms

  • Issuing HOA certificates – Including Verifying Forms

  • Issuing Property/EPI certificates – Including Verifying Forms

  • Import/Export Holders

  • Change Requests (AI, PNC, WOS, 30DNOC, LP, Mtge, Alt Emp, Joint Payee, & lienholder)

  • Return Mail

  • Policy Delivery – CD & Binder

This role also supports phone coverage at the Front Desk
