Leighton Archer

Leighton Archer serves as a Commercial Risk Advisor for Swingle Collins & Associates. Leighton is responsible for producing and servicing property and casualty insurance programs for midsize to large companies. His relationship-driven approach focuses on servicing clients’ needs through clear, effective communication while tailoring insurance programs to support each client’s unique risk management goals.

A Dallas native, Leighton earned a degree from Baylor University. Prior to joining Swingle Collins, he worked in the medical sales industry, serving in the field as a sales representative. This experience provided him with a strong foundation in relationship-building, navigating complex situations, and solving problems with a client-focused approach.

Outside of work, Leighton enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending quality time with family.
