Matt Elmore

Matt Elmore serves as a Commercial Risk Advisor, Shareholder, and Board Member within the Swingle Collins organization. Matt and his team are responsible for the production and servicing of the property and casualty needs of midsize to large companies. Matt’s team is focused on providing extensive risk management needs to his clients. His primary areas of expertise include identification of high-impact cost drivers, management of client growth/merger and acquisition issues, and consulting on effective risk transfer. Matt has extensive risk management expertise and client experience in the private equity, hospitality/entertainment, financial services, manufacturing, technology, real estate, and oil & gas industries.

Matt has been with Swingle Collins & Associates since 2003. Prior experience includes leadership roles at American Express and Forrester Research.

Matt is involved in a variety of organizations and nonprofits. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the North Texas Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation where he serves as past president. He co-founded the Breathe Easy Foundation and serves as a member of the board of directors. He is also a member of the Salesmanship Club of Dallas. Matt graduated from Baylor University.
