Kirk Dreyer is a Commercial Risk Advisor, Shareholder and General Counsel for Swingle Collins & Associates. Kirk’s background in commercial litigation with Fulbright & Jaworski LLP (Houston, TX; now Norton Rose Fulbright) and Bell Nunnally & Martin LLP (Dallas, TX) has provided an excellent foundation for his transition into insurance. His knowledge of complex corporate structure, contractual language, and understanding of how insurance interplays into business has proved invaluable when managing his customers’ risk.
Outside of the office, Kirk is involved in a variety of organizations and nonprofits. He is a former member of the Board of Directors of the North Texas Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and still works closely with that organization through the Breathe Easy Foundation, a 501(c)(3) he co-founded in 2005.
Kirk earned his undergraduate degree from Baylor University and his Juris Doctor from Baylor University School of Law.
