Mary Colette Stanley

Mary Colette has served Swingle Collins & Associates since 2020 as Vice President of Human Resources. In her role, Mary Colette leads the human resources functions for the agency, including recruitment, performance management, compensation, employee relations and HRIS.

Prior to joining Swingle Collins, Mary Colette spent 8 years at Hilltop Securities Inc. where she was most recently a Human Resources Business Partner. Born in Chicago, IL and raised in both Chicago and Allen, TX, Mary Colette earned a BA in Communication from Denison University in Granville, OH.

Outside of the office, Mary Colette and her husband reside in Dallas, TX and enjoy life with their two children.
