Marvin Frederick joined Swingle Collins & Associates as the Director of Accounting in November 2023. As a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a strong foundation in Finance and Accounting, Marvin excels in streamlining accounting processes and leading his team toward operational excellence. Throughout his career, he has honed his skills in financial reporting, internal controls, and regulatory compliance, demonstrating a keen ability to enhance efficiencies and accuracy within the finance department.

Marvin’s expertise extends beyond traditional accounting practices, incorporating strategic decision-making and a forward-thinking approach to financial management. His CPA designation underscores a commitment to maintaining the highest standards and staying abreast of the latest industry developments.

Outside of work, Marvin lives in Wylie, Texas, with his wife Cady and son Leighton. Embracing the excitement and community spirit of football season, they proudly cheer for the Dallas Cowboys. Together, they also enjoy traveling, from international adventures to family cruises, always seeking new experiences.
