Swingle Collins & Associates Names Two New Shareholders

May 31st, 2023– Swingle Collins & Associates has named Ryan Hanratty and Kyle Weatherby as the agency’s newest Shareholders, further strengthening our commitment to growth and remaining independent. 

Hanratty joined Swingle Collins & Associates in 2017 and was tasked with creating, growing, and fostering the Employee Benefits division. Coming from large brokerage roots, Ryan and his team work to create an environment where privately held businesses can access the deep product knowledge and expertise sought from large agencies, within a more responsive and personable framework. Within his five years at Swingle Collins, he has formed a team of Risk Advisors that are recognized as best-in-class amongst their carriers, clients, and peers. Keeping clients at the forefront, he is passionate about bringing creative ideas to an underserved market segment that helps employers attract and retain quality talent. 

As a Commercial Lines Risk Advisor, Weatherby partners with business owners to protect their needs and control their costs through proper risk management. Kyle has been instrumental in opening Swingle Collins’ second physical office located in Fort Worth, deepening our roots in that marketplace. With a background in franchising large corporations across North Texas, he formed strong relationships in that industry guiding his business focus to Franchisor/Franchisee, Oil and Gas, Construction, and Commercial Real Estate risks.
