Carlos serves as an Employee Benefits Advisor, delivering healthcare solutions for small to midsize firms. His focus includes helping clients navigate healthcare plan design, compliance, human resources, and human capital management (HCM) technology. Prior to joining the agency, Carlos served as an HCM Solution Consultant for ExponentHR, where he built a strong foundation in SaaS-based workplace technology. He now draws on that background to help clients assess and strengthen their payroll, benefits, and HR programs.
