Rick Crain Jr.
Rick serves as a Commercial Risk Advisor for Swingle Collins & Associates. He focuses on entrepreneurial owned and private equity backed middle-market businesses, working with them to identify, measure, and reduce their total cost of risk while providing exceptional service.
Before joining Swingle Collins, Rick sold in the middle-market and served in various sales leadership roles for ADP. Throughout his career, Rick has sold technology solutions where he prides himself on a consultative approach aimed at identifying Total Cost of Ownership and maximizing Return-on-Investment for his clients.
A Dallas native, Rick graduated from Jesuit College Preparatory School before attending Hampden-Sydney College, where he was a letterman of the Tigers’ Division III lacrosse team. Rick graduated from Texas Christian University, earning his Bachelor of Science in Economics with a minor in Finance.
Outside of work, Rick enjoys spending time with his wife Alex and daughter Rory. He is a current member of the Jesuit Alumni Board, active member of the TCU Alumni Association, and has spent over a decade coaching youth lacrosse for the Dallas Deuces and Iron Horse Lacrosse organizations.
