Lauren March Wicker

Lauren Wicker is passionate about bringing creative risk management strategies to middle-market and entrepreneurial-owned businesses that typically lack a dedicated, full-time risk manager. As a Commercial Risk Advisor, Lauren's hands-on approach in experience modifier analysis, return-to-work programs, and claims management has assisted her clients in controlling claims with an emphasis on returning to work quickly and safely.

Her expertise in captive programs empowers clients to take greater control of their insurance spend. Additionally, she and her team work closely with clients to develop tailored risk management solutions that align with their unique business goals and challenges.

Born and raised in California, Lauren attended Baylor University, where she earned a BA in Business Administration. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, and exploring parks and trails with her husband, Justin, and their dog, Callie.
