Cody Winkler

A McKinney native, Cody brings a competitive mindset and disciplined work ethic to his role as a Commercial Risk Advisor at Swingle Collins & Associates. Cody played collegiate golf at the University of North Texas and toured professionally following graduation, competing on mini tours before transitioning into the insurance industry. The experience of competing at a high level shaped his approach to business; focused, strategic, and performance driven.

Cody began his insurance career serving personal insurance clients with a carrier before moving into commercial insurance with Tower Street Insurance. He leverages that broad industry experience to help business owners identify exposures, mitigate risk, and build long-term strategies that protect what they’ve worked hard to build. His specialties include technology firms, manufacturing operations, environmental risks, and oil & gas companies.
