Stuart Carter serves as a Commercial Risk Advisor for Swingle Collins & Associates. As a Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist (CLCS), Stuart enjoys working closely with his clients in areas of Risk Transfer and Claims Management to help reduce insurance premiums.
Born and raised in Texas, Stuart grew up in Dallas and earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance with emphasis in Real Estate from Texas Tech University. Prior to joining the Swingle Collins team, Stuart held management roles in the energy and real estate sectors.
Outside of work, Stuart enjoys spending time with his wife and their dog, fishing, and volunteering for Best Buddies of North Texas.
