Kyler Bean

Kyler Bean is a Commercial Risk Advisor for Swingle Collins & Associates. Previously, Kyler worked over a decade in the commercial real estate industry as a broker, advising clients in the real estate, development, and private equity space. Kyler draws real-life problem-solving experience for his clients from his extensive business background working with property and business owners to provide the best-in-class services. Kyler is a certified Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist (CLCS).

Born in Lexington, Kyler comes from a Military family where he has proudly called Texas home since 2004. He attended Texas Christian University, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Minor in Business. Kyler is an active member of the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas. In his free time, Kyler enjoys sporting events, golf, playing music, and attending TCU games with friends and family.
