Frank Swingle

Frank Swingle addressed successful business owners’ need for sound risk management in the North Texas area when he founded Swingle Collins & Associates in 1982. Under the values of integrity, knowledge, and customer service, he led the agency to become one of the largest independent insurance brokerages in Texas. 

Frank carried these ideals into additional industry leadership roles, including President of the Independent Insurance Agents of Texas (IIAT) and President of the Independent Insurance Agents of Dallas (IIAD), and numerous agency and carrier boards and councils. 

A long-standing member of the Salesmanship Club of Dallas, Frank served as President and Chairman of the Byron Nelson PGA Tour golf tournament. Frank serves on the board of the Salvation Army and is a member of the Addison Rotary Club.
