Chris Hoover

Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, Chris Hoover brings a deep understanding of the local market and a lifelong connection to the communities he serves. A graduate of the University of Oklahoma, he has been with Swingle Collins & Associates since 2017.

As a certified Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist (CLCS), Chris specializes in designing custom insurance solutions for complex risks. His expertise focuses on the real estate sector—including retail, industrial, multifamily, and office properties—where he crafts tailored coverage to protect investments, operations, and assets from unique exposures. He also delivers customized policies for the oil and gas industry, addressing the distinct challenges of exploration, production, service, and related operations.

Chris and his family are active members of Highland Park United Methodist Church. He and his wife, Olivia, have two children, Abigail and Harrison.
