Swingle Collins provides access to an extensive online library of safety and health resources and is available to assist with our policyholders’ and agents’ in-house training efforts. Many programs are available in both English and Spanish. An example of the health and safety topics available include:

Services and Information

Through Employers, Swingle Collins provides access to the Loss Control Department, which can help our policyholders evaluate their safety potential and assist them in identifying cost-effective controls. These services are available at no additional cost to policyholders and can include*:

  • Hazard analysis and control using facility surveys to evaluate operations and make recommendations for hazard control
  • Management and supervisory education programs to assist in reinforcing best health and safety practices
  • Employee safety presentations and training
  • Preliminary industrial hygiene services to assist in the recognition, evaluation and control of workplace hazards
  • Newsletters and brochures
  • Workers’ compensation state statutes
  • Current OSHA compliance resources and Internet links
  • Claims and Loss Control Management Services announcements

Qualified safety trainers are available to educate Swingle Collins policyholders, industry groups and agents on the importance of safety in the workplace. Custom programs can be developed to address the specific health and safety issues faced by our policyholders.
