This is the agency’s first year to be included on the list, and we are thrilled to make our debut to the list at number 16! This award is especially appreciated as the results are based solely on the feedback of our own employees.The overall selection process begins early each year – Workplace Dynamics sends out over 1300 survey requests to employees of local companies. Of that 1300, 321 companies (69,673 employees) completed the survey, and from that group, "TOP 100 Places to Work in Dallas" were selected, based on the responses to the survey. In order to qualify, 35% of our employees had to complete a survey outlining the strengths of Swingle Collins & Associates as a company as well as the advantages of being a part of a thriving team.
