Colt Fields

Colt joined the Swingle Collins & Associates team in February of 2019 as a Commercial Account Manager before taking over as the Director of Producer Development in April of 2022. He works with recently hired producers to educate them about the insurance industry, how to attract and retain new clients, and ensure our current clients have the coverages in place to protect the businesses they’ve built. He has over a decade of experience in the industry, working in sales, claims, account servicing, and management roles. 

Colt grew up in northeastern Oklahoma and graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor’s in Management. He currently resides in Fort Worth with his wife and two daughters. In his free time Colt enjoys hunting, fishing, hiking, and just being outdoors in general. He is a big Texas Rangers and Rickie Fowler fan and will always root for the Oklahoma State Cowboys on Saturdays in the fall.
