Producer:
Producer applicants should have several years of sales experience and demonstrated sales drive. A self-starter with the ability to create and form lasting relationships with customers is a key attribute of our producers. Additional traits of Swingle Collins Producers include a hunger for knowledge and education, self-discipline and good organizational skills. Insurance industry experience is a big plus.

Account Manager:
In order to be an account manager, applicants must be licensed, be trained on AMS 360 or similar program and have 2-5 years insurance experience. A customer service oriented personality is critical.

Clerical:
Our clerical staff support positions are the heartbeat of our firm. These specialists are experts in data entry, facilitating reception activities, document management and supporting in our services department. While not a requirement, a background in insurance is a plus.

Accounting:
Our accounting department is always a busy place. We are looking for applicants with insurance experience, experience using AMS 360 and are comfortable with Microsoft Excel.
