The insured manufactures and installs staging, sets and props. While delivering a stage set to their client in a rented truck the insured damaged the facility when cutting a corner too close. Damage to the facility was $15,000, damage to the hired auto: $5,000.

The insured manufactured and marketed fire retardant plywood to homebuilders and roofers. The process used to increase fire resistance in the plywood breaks down where the wood is exposed to hear and moisture.
