Customer Services Representative/Support Specialist


Swingle Collins & Associates is seeking, a detail oriented Customer Services Representative/Support Specialist to join our Agency in the Commercial line of business.

If you are an individual that understands the importance of customer service, team, and knowledge; as well as value the art of attention to detail we are interested in learning more about your background!

Required experience:

  • Customer Services in Insurance: 1 year
  • Proficiency in MS Office: 1 year (preferred)
  • Insurance Agency Management systems (preferably EPIC): 1 year
  • High School Graduate

You will be working with the following Activities in our Insurance Agency Management System:

  • EPIC Navigation – (Home Screen, Client Screen, Sticky Notes, etc.)
  • Creating Activities – Activity Codes, Labeling & Activity Follow Ups
  • Attaching documents & emails in EPIC – including folders
  • Pending Intent to Cancel/Reinstatements – Non-Payments
  • Unrouted Attachments (Cancellations & Reinstatements)
  • Navigating websites to process to verify cancellations/reinstatements
  • CSR24 Navigation
  • Renewal Certificates
  • Cancelled Certificates
  • Issuing Liability certificates – Including Verifying Forms
  • Issuing HOA certificates – Including Verifying Forms
  • Issuing Property/EPI certificates – Including Verifying Forms
  • Import/Export Holders
  • Change Requests (AI, PNC, WOS, 30DNOC, LP, Mtge, Alt Emp, Joint Payee, & lienholder)
  • Return Mail
  • Policy Delivery – CD & Binder

This role also supports phone coverage at the Front Desk
